Mind-blowing location in the heart of the city, with jaw-dropping views and perfect distance from shopping and Col d'Izoard. Super spacious terrace with space for 8 people and a grill. The landlord's assistance was absolutely fantastic, answering all types of questions. Highly recommend for anyone!

The value for money at this centrally located apartment in Briancon was excellent. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with quality bathrooms and a kitchen. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the ski lift and close to a supermarket and restaurants. The owner, Rumble, and the property manager, Josephine, were both extremely helpful and friendly.
Hotel breakfast could be improved with fresher and more varied options.

Review:
The cleanliness of the apartment left something to be desired, with poor attention to detail in cleaning the cutlery, glasses, and kitchen knives. Additionally, some light fittings were not in proper working condition.

I recently stayed at a well-designed and conveniently located apartment in Briancon for a skiing trip. The apartment was very comfortable, with quality bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The beds were also very comfortable. The location was perfect, as it was only a 5-minute walk to the Prorel ski lift and close to a supermarket and restaurants. The owner, Rumble, was incredibly helpful and the property manager, Josephine, was friendly and provided great recommendations for ski schools and ski hire. I would definitely recommend this place!
Can recommend this hotel.

With its cozy penthouse setting and large velux windows, we enjoyed breathtaking views of the mountains, ski lifts, and the vibrant town. The apartment's convenient location allowed us to easily access all official hiking trails and be part of the Serre Chevalier ski system, offering a variety of pistes, snow parks, tree runs, and even off-piste adventures. We loved being able to come back for lunch using the nearby ski lift, or indulging in a mountain picnic. Briancon proved to be a hub for outdoor adventure sports, providing a fun-filled day for both beginners and advanced enthusiasts. The abundance of off-piste areas gave us a true sense of enjoying a natural ski session.
My children wanted a playground or play area near the apartment.

This place is absolutely stunning! The apartment has these massive 4m picture windows that give you the most incredible views of the Serre Chevalier Valley. As an adventure traveler, waking up to these breathtaking vistas is an absolute dream.
Honestly, the only thing I can think of is that the bed was a bit too firm for my liking. But hey, that's just my personal preference.
